Please read these terms of service (“terms”, “terms of service”) carefully before using the Discord Bot, SudoBot (the “service”) operated by OSN Inc (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).

We will provide the service to you, which is subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website or use its services you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

By using this service or visiting this website YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

* You will not use the service to do something illegal. We will not be liable for anything that you do.
* You will not use the service in a NSFW/Religious Discord Server.
* You will not use `echo` command of the service to echo out NSFW, racist, religious, or something wrong.
* You will not use the service to do something that is harmful to other people or potentially hurts someone.
* You will not use the service in a Discord Server that has less than 100 (One Hundred) members.
* You will not use the service in a non-Community server.
* You will not sell, represent or warrant the services provided by us as your property.
* You will not violate Discord's ToS.
* You will keep the user data secure and private.
* You may not violate the GPL. If you modify the source code of the bot, you must redistribute it.

If you do not agree to these terms then you should stop using the services from us, right now. We reserve the right to terminate the services to you at any point, for your ToS violations or any other reason.
